HR department, was the first beneficiary of this initiative, and there are now 40 beneficiaries working in four different units. In addition, 16 beneficiaries were recruited in 2021, with a goal of recruiting 30 beneficiaries in 2022. Aside from that, MEH is involved in a number of M&S projects aimed at improving the living conditions of the employees, their families, and the local community.
Marks & Start is an employability scheme that helps people who are at a disadvantage in their job searches, regardless of the prejudices they face on a daily basis. In 2004 M&S (Marks & Spencer) established an objective to support disadvantaged people in finding work through our Marks & Start employability program. The current format of the program has been in place since 2014, supporting approximately 1,200 young people each year
