Land Lease Agreement (LLA) was signed between Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. & Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority at the BEZA office, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For Denge Kimya Mr. Halil Aksoy, Founder & CEO of Denge Kimya, Turkey who is the Chairman of Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. & from BEZA Md. Mozibor Rahman, Executive Member (Investment Promotion), Additional Secretary, BEZA signed the agreement. Engr. Shariful Islam, Managing Director, Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd.; Emre Arkut, Regional Manager / South East Asia Denge Kimya, Turkey and team members from Auxi Colour Bangladesh were present at the grand ceremony.
Auxi Colour Bangladesh has been selling Denge Kimya products in Bangladesh market for more than 15 years with a long list of satisfied customers. Based on the market demand and to support the Bangladesh textile industry more actively with quality products and competitive price Denge Kimya have moved forward to form local manufacturing plant in Bangladesh at Mirsarai Economic Zone, Chattogram.
Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. has received the lease allotment of 3 acre land at Mirsarai Economic Zone, Chattogram. Mr. Md. Mozibor Rahman, Executive Member (Investment Promotion), Additional Secretary, BEZA expressed his greetings to Denge Kimya team for the cooperation and coming forward to invest here in Bangladesh. He mentioned, “We are always looking forward to encourage foreign investment. Today we are happy that we are signing the agreement with Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. We hope they will start their construction soon and start operation which will be beneficiary for the emerging Bangladesh textile industry”. We are always open and anytime you can knock us for any assistance so that the process become easier, he added.
Mr. Halil Aksoy, Chairman, Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. mentioned that he is excited about the agreement as they are confident to provide more support to the industry from the local plant. Denge Kimya has been doing their business for a long time and based on their business forecast they have moved forward to invest here in Bangladesh.
Engr. Shariful Islam, Managing Director, Denge Kimya Bangladesh Ltd. thanked BEZA officials for their support to make this agreement happen easy. Engr. Sharif said, “We are very much grateful to BEZA for the overall cooperation. We will start our project as soon as possible.”
